Class Descriptions

This is a 60-minute class that combines cardio intervals on and off the spin bikes. While off the bike, you will be doing plyometrics, body weight exercises, and many other cross-training exercises. If you like Insanity, P90X, and BOOTCAMPS, come try this class!


RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
