All members must have a valid health club membership card. All members must scan in and out.
If you are under 18 you may not enter the facility during un-staffed hours without supervision, there must be adult supervision at all times.
All guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring member while using the facilities and must have a valid guest pass and registration form.
Fitness equipment is used at the member’s and guest’s own risk. Please do not exceed the schedule suggested by the trainer without his/her consultation. Time restrictions may apply to some equipment when the gym is crowded and must be adhered to.
Free weights must be returned to racks when finished. Please wipe down equipment after use. We recommend that you bring your own personal towel to do this.
T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, workout pants and sneakers must be worn on the training floor at all times. Sandals, thongs, jeans, etc., are not appropriate attire for working out on any of the equipment.
Members must follow the directions of the staff trainer or manager.
Infractions of the rules and regulations may be considered cause for cancellation of health club privileges. The Department of Health regulations and those of all other government agencies having jurisdiction are considered a part of these rules and regulations.
